Born and raised in Bolivia, Ani has extensive experience working in multicultural settings and with Latino populations. She worked in New Hampshire as Howard Dean's Latino Outreach coordinator during the 2004 primary campaign.

Ani's attention to accuracy and detail helps the Hamilton Campaigns team deal with the best data and information necessary to develop and deliver our products. She is also responsible for making sure our domestic Spanish language and Hispanic research is attuned with voters' cultural understandings.

Ani's analytical focus on leadership and political behavior includes scrutinizing electoral and social data in places as diverse as Florida, Georgia, and Louisiana; and internationally in Nicaragua, the Dominican Republic, her home country Bolivia, and other Latin American countries.

Ani is a specialist in qualitative methods, having received training at the Institute for Qualitative Research Methods, at the Inter-University Consortium for Political and Social Research, Arizona State University.

Her interest and curiosity for people's ways of life, mindsets and expressions have led her to travel extensively and maintain friendships and open dialogues with persons from all walks of life. Ani's love for cultural diversity is evident is her wide experience as backpacker, food taster, and dancer.
